Dr. Stephanie Faulkingham, DNP, ARPN, PMH-BC
Dr. Faulkingham is a highly motivated and talented psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry across the lifespan, particularly between ages 7-60. She brings out the best in her patients through her compassionate and thoughtful care, and West County Psychiatric Care is proud to welcome her to our team.
Her Story
Dr. Faulkingham is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Missouri - St. Louis, with an emphasis on psychiatry. In addition, she has earned two bachelor's degrees, Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child
Advocacy (trauma studies) and a certificate in Neuroscience.
Dr. Faulkingham is a dedicated professional who values a holistic approach to health and well-being, achieved through evidence-based practice. As a medical provider, she is qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications in the state of Missouri, with professional collaboration with Dr. Seraji.
